Key responsibilities
Evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients with complex neurological and spinal conditions requiring surgical intervention.
Perform advanced neurosurgical procedures, including brain, spine, and peripheral nerve surgeries.
Develop individualized treatment plans and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Provide pre-operative and post-operative care while ensuring the highest standards of patient safety.
Participate in clinical governance, research, quality improvement initiatives, and continuous medical education activities.
