Master Works is seeking an Employee Relations, Senior Specialist is responsible for managing employee relations activities and ensuring compliance with company policies and Saudi labor regulations. The role focuses on handling employee relations matters, investigations, disciplinary actions, grievances, employee engagement, and supporting a positive workplace culture while ensuring consistent HR practices across the organization.Key ResponsibilitiesManage all employee relations activities throughout the employee lifecycle. Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and Saudi Labor Law. Handle employee grievances, complaints, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Conduct workplace investigations and prepare disciplinary actions and recommendations. Prepare and review HR correspondence, including promotions, transfers, warnings, assignments, and termination letters. Manage onboarding, transfers, promotions, resignations, and offboarding processes. Conduct exit interviews and analyze turnover trends. Coordinate attendance, leave, and disciplinary matters with relevant departments. Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communication programs. Advise managers on employee relations issues and HR best practices. Prepare employee relations reports and HR metrics for management. Participate in developing and updating HR policies and procedures. Maintain confidentiality of employee information. Perform any other duties assigned by the direct manager.
