About CPECC:China Petroleum Engineering & Construction Corp (CPECC) is a leading EPC contractor in the oil & gas industry, delivering world-class pipeline, processing, and infrastructure projects across the Middle East and globally.Position: Pipeline Engineer Project: Oil & Gas EPC Pipeline Projects (Saudi Arabia) Location: Riyadh, Saudi ArabiaJob Responsibilities:- Lead and manage pipeline engineering activities for large-scale EPC oil & gas projects.- Review and approve pipeline design drawings, isometrics, and engineering documents.- Supervise pipeline construction, installation, and field fit-up activities.- Manage pipeline hydrostatic testing, pigging, and pre-commissioning activities.- Coordinate with client (Saudi Aramco), subcontractors, and multi-discipline teams.- Ensure compliance with Saudi Aramco standards (SAES), ASME, and international codes.- Conduct site inspections, resolve technical issues, and manage Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs).- Track progress and prepare daily/weekly reports for project management.- Mentor and manage local and expatriate pipeline teams.Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.- 10+ years of hands-on experience in oil & gas pipeline construction and installation (EPC projects).- Proven experience on Saudi Aramco projects is a strong advantage.- Proficient in Saudi Aramco Engineering Standards (SAES), ASME B31.3/B31.4/B31.8.- Strong experience with pipeline welding, Non-Destructive Testing (NDT), hydrotesting, and commissioning.- Ability to read and interpret Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs), isometrics, and engineering drawings.- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.- Fluent in English; Arabic or Chinese is a plus.- Valid Saudi Iqama or willingness to relocate to Saudi Arabia.What We Offer:- Competitive expat salary package.- Accommodation, transportation, and medical benefits provided.- Opportunity to work on landmark Saudi Arabia energy infrastructure projects.- Career growth within a global EPC organization.
