About CPECC:China Petroleum Engineering & Construction Corp (CPECC) is a leading EPC contractor in the oil & gas industry, delivering world-class pipeline, processing, and infrastructure projects across the Middle East and globally.Position: Instrumentation Engineer Project: Oil & Gas EPC Pipeline Projects (Saudi Arabia) Location: Riyadh, Saudi ArabiaJob Responsibilities:- Lead instrumentation engineering and field installation activities for oil & gas EPC projects.- Review and approve instrument datasheets, loop diagrams, hook-up drawings, and specifications.- Supervise installation, calibration, and commissioning of field instruments, including pressure, temperature, flow, and level instruments.- Manage control valve, safety valve, and analyzer system installations.- Coordinate with DCS/SCADA and electrical teams for system integration.- Ensure compliance with Saudi Aramco standards (SAES-J series), ISA, and IEC codes.- Conduct site inspections, resolve punch lists, and perform pre-commissioning activities.- Interface with Saudi Aramco inspection team for documentation and approvals.- Manage and guide instrumentation supervisors and technicians.Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Instrumentation, Electrical, or related Engineering field.- 10+ years of field experience in instrumentation installation and commissioning for oil & gas EPC projects.- Proven experience on Saudi Aramco projects is a strong advantage.- Proficient in Saudi Aramco Engineering Standards (SAES-J), ISA S5.1, IEC 61511.- Hands-on experience with HART, FOUNDATION Fieldbus, or similar protocols.- Strong understanding of SIS/SIL requirements and instrument loop testing.- Ability to read P&IDs, loop diagrams, and wiring diagrams.- Excellent leadership, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.- Fluent in English; Arabic or Chinese is a plus.- Valid Saudi Iqama or willingness to relocate to Saudi Arabia.What We Offer:- Competitive expat salary package.- Accommodation, transportation, and medical benefits provided.- Opportunity to work on landmark Saudi Arabia energy infrastructure projects.- Career growth within a global EPC organization.
