About CPECC:China Petroleum Engineering & Construction Corp (CPECC) is a leading EPC contractor in the oil & gas industry, delivering world-class pipeline, processing, and infrastructure projects across the Middle East and globally.Position: Electrical Engineer Project: Oil & Gas EPC Pipeline Projects (Saudi Arabia) Location: Riyadh, Saudi ArabiaJob Responsibilities:- Lead electrical engineering and field installation activities for oil & gas EPC projects.- Review and approve electrical drawings, single-line diagrams, cable schedules, and equipment layouts.- Supervise installation and commissioning of HV/LV switchgear, transformers, MCC panels, and motors.- Manage cable pulling, termination, and electrical testing activities.- Coordinate with instrumentation, piping, and civil teams for integrated execution.- Ensure compliance with Saudi Aramco electrical standards (SAES-P series), IEC, and NEC codes.- Conduct pre-commissioning, energization, and functional testing of electrical systems.- Interface with Saudi Aramco inspection and commissioning teams.- Lead and mentor electrical supervisors, foremen, and technicians.Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.- 10+ years of hands-on experience in electrical construction and installation for oil & gas EPC projects.- Proven experience on Saudi Aramco projects is a strong advantage.- Proficient in Saudi Aramco Engineering Standards (SAES-P), IEC 60364, IEEE.- Strong experience with HV/LV power systems, earthing, lighting, and cathodic protection.- Familiar with hazardous area classification (ATEX/IECEx) requirements.- Ability to read single-line diagrams, cable schedules, and electrical drawings.- Strong leadership, coordination, and technical problem-solving skills.- Fluent in English; Arabic or Chinese is a plus.- Valid Saudi Iqama or willingness to relocate to Saudi Arabia.What We Offer:- Competitive expat salary package.- Accommodation, transportation, and medical benefits provided.- Opportunity to work on landmark Saudi Arabia energy infrastructure projects.- Career growth within a global EPC organization.
