  1. KEY DIMENSIONS AND RELATED JOB RESULTS

  • performing any combination of following duties in Bakery production & display

  • Maintenance of Bakery utensils, equipment, and work area.

  • Timely production & display execution of quality products as per the production cycle and plan

  • Ability to operate the Bakery equipments

  • Adhering to the supply stores production requirement

  • Customer interaction and satisfaction

  • Ensuring continuous availability of range & escalating any production related issues to the Senior Baker

  • Managing wastage within the budget and delivering sales growth & targets

  • Inventory control & effective stock management

  • Effectively understand, describe and execute recipes
