Promote and sell Diamond Clinics' medical, aesthetic, hair transplant, dermatology, body contouring, and regenerative medicine services.Handle leads generated through social media, digital marketing campaigns, referrals, and other channels.Understand clients' needs and recommend suitable services or consultations.Follow up with potential clients through phone calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.Convert inquiries and leads into confirmed appointments and sales.Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, appointments, and sales through the CRM system.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.Coordinate with doctors, reception, call center, and other departments when required.Follow up with clients after consultations to maximize conversion.Achieve assigned monthly sales and conversion targets.Prepare regular sales reports and communicate performance to the Sales Manager.Maintain a professional image and provide an excellent customer experience.
