Requirements
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in psychology, counseling, health promotion, fitness, or a related field, and be a Qualified Counsellor with corporate wellness experience. Excellent English communication skills, experience in the BPO industry, strong interpersonal skills, empathy, active listening, data analysis, reporting, and proficiency in MS Office Suite are also required. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and build trust across teams is essential.
