Child Psychosocial Therapist As a Child Psychosocial Therapist, you will engage in both on-field practice and office work, contributing to the well-being of children and adolescents.Key Responsibilities:Facilitate individual and group sessions for neurodivergent children to support skill and personal development.Provide in-school support, monitor progress, and deliver therapeutic services.Participate in Intervention and Empowerment Camps supporting children in camps through activities that promote development and well-being.Collaborate with parents, educators, and professionals to create effective support plans.Participate in ongoing training, workshops, and professional development opportunities.Earn sponsored certifications and supervision hours from international institutes.Maintain accurate records of sessions and progress, ensuring compliance with organizational standards and regulations.Earn Sponsored Certificates from international child psychology institutes along with supervision hours.Qualifications: • A bachelor's degree in Psychology is a must. • Experience working with children, particularly those with neurodivergent profiles, for at least 1 year. • Strong understanding of mental health, child development, and special education. • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. • Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment. • Commitment to child and adolescent well-being and empowerment. • Flexibility in working areas and a growth mentality to increase impact.
