Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Logistics, Agri-business, or Business Administration.Experience: 2–6 years handling export documentation and logistics operations and preferred agriculture, fresh produce, food manufacturing.Incoterms: Strong, practical knowledge of Incoterms 2020 (FOB, CIF, CFR, ExWorks).Languages: Professional fluency in English (written and spoken).Software: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel and standard ERP platforms.
Description
Process sales orders into the internal ERP system from inquiry to final delivery and invoicing.Serve as the primary liaison for buyers, providing accurate updates on product availability, order status, and shipping timelines.Prepare pricing quotations and commercial contracts for local and international buyers.Manage customer accounts by coordinating payment terms, tracking Letters of Credit (L/Cs), and processing international wire follow-ups.Coordinate with quality managers to verify that export batches meet specific destination market phytosanitary and packaging standards.Coordinate international shipments from origin facilities to final destinations via ocean, air, and land freight.Prepare global trade documents including Bills of Lading (B/L), Certificates of Origin, Phytosanitary Certificates, Commercial Invoices, and Packing Lists.Liaise with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and shipping lines to secure favorable freight rates and ensure timely vessel bookings.Track shipments actively to proactively resolve delays, port congestion issues, or transit discrepancies.
