Omega Pharma is seeking a motivated Research & Development (R&D) Specialist to join our growing team. The successful candidate will contribute to the development and optimization of pharmaceutical formulations while supporting product scale-up, technology transfer, and regulatory documentation.Key Responsibilities:* Develop and optimize pharmaceutical formulations for human and veterinary products.* Conduct laboratory trials and prepare technical documentation (BMR, MFR, Formulation Sheets).* Perform product scale-up and support technology transfer to manufacturing sites.* Evaluate raw materials and Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (APIs).* Support stability studies and prepare regulatory documentation.* Collaborate with QA, RA, Production, and Toll Manufacturing teams to ensure successful project execution.* Ensure compliance with GMP and company quality standard
