Requirements
EducationBachelor’s degree in food science, Food Technology, Additional qualifications or certifications in R&D, Food Technology, or Product Development are an advantage.Experience1–3 years of relevant experience in R&D, Application, Product Development, Food Technology, or a laboratory environment.Experience in the food manufacturing industry is preferred.Experience in bakery, confectionery, ingredients, or food raw materials is highly preferred.Technical KnowledgeGood knowledge of food ingredients and their functional properties.Good understanding of formulation and product development principles.Knowledge of laboratory testing and application techniques.Understanding of food processing and manufacturing processes.Knowledge of GMP and Food Safety requirements.Knowledge of HACCP principles is preferred.Ability to conduct laboratory trials and interpret test results.Good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.Ability to prepare technical reports and maintain R&D documentation.

Complete readiness for external and internal audits and inspections.Following and implementing the plans set to achieve the management's objectives and the company's general goals.Implementing the strategies and research and development plans defined by the department manager and working towards achieving their goals.Adhering to the principles, policies, and procedures of global and internal quality in all administrative processes and operations.Conducting experiments and methods to verify the accuracy of analytical tests and monitoring the quality and conformity of products and materials.Receiving samples of the final product, conducting laboratory tests, and ensuring they meet the approved standard specifications.Conducting laboratory experiments and tests on new products and comparing them with the required specifications.Implementing comprehensive digital system procedures for research and development management operations and processes.Following and implementing the plans set to achieve the management's objectives and the company's general goals.Raising developmental and innovative suggestions that will contribute to the company’s success to the direct manager.
