Requirements & Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR Management, or a related field.2 years of proven recruitment experience, ideally within a factory, industrial, or manufacturing setting (textile experience is a strong plus).Solid understanding of Egyptian Labor Law and social insurance regulations.Excellent communication, interviewing, and negotiation skills.Proficient in using MS Office and HR recruitment software/platforms.Ability to work on-site at our 6th of October City facility.

About the Role: We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to join our human resources team at our textile manufacturing facility in 6th of October City. In this role, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, focusing on sourcing, screening, and hiring top-tier talent for both blue-collar (machine operators, technicians, warehouse staff) and white-collar (engineers, admin, supply chain) positions.Key Responsibilities:Manage full-cycle recruitment operations, including drafting job descriptions, posting on platforms like Wuzzuf and LinkedIn, and sourcing direct candidates.Coordinate and conduct initial phone screens and in-person interviews in coordination with department managers.Maintain a robust talent pipeline specifically tailored for high-volume manufacturing and textile production roles.Handle onboarding processes, contract issuance, and personnel orientation for new hires.Ensure compliance with Egyptian labor law and internal company regulations regarding hiring and documentation.Track recruitment metrics and prepare weekly/monthly hiring status reports for senior management.
