The Junior HRBP will be supporting the day-to-day Human Resources operations and acts as the primary HR contact for employees and line managers. The role is responsible for onboarding and offboarding activities, employee relations, payroll coordination, employee engagement initiatives, workforce planning support, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.Client DetailsA company operating within the FMCG industry.DescriptionOversee the end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a positive employee experience and compliance with company procedures.Review attendance, leave, overtime, and payroll inputs to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.Coordinate employee engagement, welfare, recognition, and communication initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.Conduct sourcing, screening, and interviewing for staff-level positions and support the sourcing and coordination of managerial-level recruitment.Manage relationships with outsourcing agencies and recruitment partners to ensure timely mobilization and staffing requirements are met.Assist in the implementation of corporate HR initiatives, employee engagement programs, performance management processes, and change management activities Profile 5-7 years of experience in Human Resources, Employee Relations, or HR Operations.Exposure to recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, payroll coordination, and employee relations is required.Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Languages: English, Arabic (preferred), and Urdu/Hindi is highly preferred due to the workforce composition.Job OfferPermanent employment opportunity in the FMCG industry.Additional benefits to be confirmed.
