Requirements
Requires a Bachelor's degree in General Business Management or a related field, or a Qualification in Cost Accounting (CMA/CIMA). Minimum 3 years of experience in an industrial plant, production data entry, inventories, cost accounting, and analysis. Must have basic knowledge in IFRS, SAP ERP module, advanced Excel, and PowerPoint. Key competencies include cost analysis, variance management, analytical thinking, problem-solving, business partnering, planning, budgeting, reporting, continuous improvement, and cost optimization.
