Requirements
Candidates must be MRICS qualified with 10+ years of post-graduate experience in pre-contract quantity surveying, including at least 2 years in Saudi Arabia. Experience with a top-class cost consultancy on building projects and major mixed-use developments is essential, along with sound knowledge of pre-contract cost management, cost planning, estimating, and benchmarking in Saudi Arabia. Fluent English communication skills are also required.
