Key ResponsibilitiesHR Operations & Employee Support Collaborate closely with the Human Capital team to provide smooth and timely HR operational services to employees in the assigned location. Manage HR processes including onboarding, transfers, employee records, compensation updates, immigration, and health insurance administration. Serve as a primary contact for employees and functional leads on HR-related matters. Maintain and update HR databases, employee files, and manual filing systems in compliance with UAE labor laws and corporate document retention requirements. Prepare and submit HR reports and documentation as required. Support in resolving day-to-day employee relations issues in coordination with the HR Manager. Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and employee engagement initiatives. Onboarding & Employee Life Cycle Facilitate new employee onboarding, including orientation sessions and training on company policies and expectations. Maintain accurate records of employee attendance, leave, and time-off in the HR system. EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) Responsibilities Adhere to all established EHS policies, procedures, and safety guidelines. Use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) when required. Understand and comply with emergency and evacuation procedures. Perform assigned tasks responsibly and safely, ensuring no risk to self or others. Assist in preparing EHS risk assessments and report any hazards, near misses, or incidents to the Company HSE team. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 2–4 years of experience in HR operations, preferably within the UAE. Strong knowledge of UAE Labor Law and HR best practices. Proficiency in HR systems and MS Office applications. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. High attention to detail, confidentiality, and professionalism.
Description
Responsible in coordination and supporting operational activities related to policy implementation, recruitment, succession planning, talent management, employee relations, and training & development. Also responsible for associated database management. Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and system. Provide excellent assistance and support to employees and managers.
