Overview of the role
The Sales Supervisor is responsible for coordinating and overseeing the effective management of the shop floor, linking sales staff with store management. The role involves ensuring optimal sales operations, overseeing floor management, and maintaining client relationships. A strong focus on leadership, operational efficiency, and brand representation is essential for success in this position.
What you will do
Client and business development
Support the team in building long-term client relationships, leveraging various clienteling tools.
Enhance the 'client state of mind' among the team members.
Ensure extensive product knowledge throughout the team.
Support store management in achieving business objectives, projects, and initiatives such as reporting, sales analysis, and product training.
Selling & floor management
Effectively oversee the shop floor to ensure maximum floor coverage during peak trading periods.
Act as a role model, demonstrating sales leadership to the team.
Operations
Perform and supervise store opening and closing procedures, including counting register funds, completing bank deposits, opening and closing registers, and securing the facility.
Accurately process all POS transactions and inventory functions such as transfers, receiving, repairs, and damages to maintain inventory integrity.
Ensure adherence to loss prevention policies and operational procedures.
Leadership presence
Exemplify high performance across all functions.
Effectively resolve customer complaints, exchanges, and inquiries.
Serve as a liaison between staff and management regarding potential performance concerns.
Propose and implement action plans to deliver efficient processes and organization of the store.
Educate the team on sales plans, personal sales goals, and KPIs.
Others
Act as an ambassador of the brand, culture, quality, and know-how.
Ensure store presentation standards are achieved and maintained.

What qualifies you for the role
High school education or equivalent preferred.
