Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in civil / mechanical engineering.
Minimum 10–15 years of experience in planning and scheduling within construction, real estate, or infrastructure sectors.
Proficiency in Primavera (P6), MS Project and planning software.
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and construction sequencing.
Analytical skills in critical path method (CPM) and resource leveling.
Strong reporting, presentation and communication abilities.
Knowledge of FIDIC and contractual planning requirements.
