OB SUMMARY:The Planning Engineer (MEP/ELV) is responsible for developing, monitoring, and controlling project schedules for Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and ELV works. The role ensures timely execution of MEP activities in coordination with site, design, procurement, and subcontractor teams, using Primavera P6/MS Project.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Prepare detailed MEP/ELV project schedules, baseline programs, WBS, and manpower histograms.Track progress of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and ELV works against baseline schedule.Update schedules regularly and analyze delays, critical path impact, and recovery plans.Coordinate with project managers, MEP engineers, subcontractors, and procurement teams.Prepare weekly/monthly progress reports, S-curves, dashboards, and KPIs.Support delay analysis, EOT claims, and Time Impact Analysis.Develop look-ahead schedules and monitor procurement and installation timelines.Ensure alignment of subcontractor schedules with overall project program.REQUIREMENTS:Engineering degree (Mechanical / Electrical / Civil)Experience in MEP / ELV projects in construction industryStrong knowledge of Primavera P6 and/or MS ProjectUnderstanding of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and ELV systemsGood coordination, analytical, and reporting skills
