The company is the exclusive organizer of the Dubai Woodshow – Dubai International Wood & Wood Products Show – and The International Property Show. With a focus on delivering impactful industry platforms, Strategic Marketing & Exhibitions supports business growth, networking, and knowledge sharing for global participants. The organization is committed to expanding its portfolio and growing internationally with more sector-focused events.Role Description The Marketing Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, supporting the planning and execution of marketing activities for key exhibitions and events. This role involves coordinating marketing campaigns, preparing promotional materials, updating website and social media content, and supporting email and digital marketing initiatives. The Marketing Coordinator will assist with event planning tasks such as coordinating with exhibitors, partners, and suppliers, managing timelines, and ensuring marketing deliverables are completed on schedule. The role also includes tracking campaign performance, preparing reports, maintaining databases, and supporting sales and business development teams with marketing collateral. The Marketing Coordinator collaborates closely with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging and brand visibility across all channels.QualificationsCandidates should possess strong Communication and Writing skills to create clear marketing content and engage effectively with stakeholders.Candidates should possess Sales and relationship-building skills to support exhibitor outreach, lead follow-up, and partner coordination.Candidates should possess Event Planning and Project Management skills to organize tasks, manage timelines, and support smooth event execution.Candidates should ideally have experience with digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and basic analytics or reporting.Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred.Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is an advantage.Previous experience in events, exhibitions, or the real estate or wood sectors is beneficial.
