Requirements
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in marketing and a support role where accuracy and meeting deadlines are essential. A Bachelor's/Master's degree in marketing or a related field is required, along with good time management, trustworthiness, professionalism, reliability, and teamwork skills. A good eye for design and the ability to write compelling content are also necessary.

DMGT Manages a diverse, multinational portfolio of companies with total revenues of £2bn, that provide businesses and consumers with compelling information, analysis, insight, events, news and entertainment.Summary: The Marketing Coordinator assists the Marketing Manager with the execution of tasks.Job Description:Marketing Management SupportAssist in the delivery of all planned campaignsCreate tracking links and maintain tracking master files per showAssist in monitoring active marketing programs and developing ways to improve those campaignsExhibitor MarketingAct as point of contact with all show exhibitors including sending email, marketing requests, product image requests, PR information, etc.Conduct follow-up callsEnsure the marketing side of the exhibitor manual is updated and managed for the next editionOnsite management of exhibitor requestsEnsure all sponsorship marketing deliverables are actioned and in a timely mannerAdministerial Task ManagementLiaise with external suppliers and assist in the coordination of design and production of marketing collaterals including sales brochures, visitor tickets, print advertisements, web banners/emails etc.Carry out other administrative and other duties as required by show teamProvide reporting information as required by show teamOn-site support at shows involving ad-hoc work as required, this can involve extra hoursPerform any other duties that are commensurate with the grade and areas of responsibilityMinimum Qualifications and Experience:Minimum 2-3 years experience in marketingMinimum 2-3 years experience in a support role where working accurately, and to deadlines is a prerequisitePractice good time managementBe trustworthy, professional, and reliableDemonstrate good teamwork with co-workers/peersA good eye for design and the ability to write compelling content.Bachelor's/master's degree in marketing or a related field.Please take the time to read the job description, you must meet all the criteria set out above for your application to be considered.
