Requirements
The successful candidate will possess a recognized teaching qualification (PGCE, QTS, B.Ed or equivalent) and a degree in English, Language & Literature or a related subject. Proven experience teaching Language & Literature or English in an IB MYP school is required, along with strong knowledge of the IB MYP Language & Literature curriculum, assessment criteria, and eAssessment. Excellent literacy skills, a passion for language and literature, and the ability to design and deliver concept-driven, inquiry-based, and differentiated lessons are essential.
