Job Description: To lead and oversee all project control functions across industrial (Aluminium, Steel, Marble, Joinery, Fit Out, PODS, Ready Mix, GRC, Inhouse Factories) projects, ensuring effective planning, budgeting, cost control, forecasting, scheduling, reporting, risk management, and performance monitoring. The role is responsible for maintaining financial discipline, improving operational efficiency, supporting strategic decision-making, and ensuring projects are delivered within approved budgets, timelines, and company standards. Responsibilities: 1. Project Controls Strategy & Governance • Develop and implement project control frameworks, procedures, systems, and standards across all industrial projects • Establish project control policies for cost, planning, progress measurement, forecasting, and reporting • Ensure alignment between project execution strategy and company objectives • Lead governance reviews and performance evaluation meetings 2. Cost Management & Budget Control • Oversee project budgeting, cost coding structures, WBS, and CBS implementation • Monitor project expenditures against approved budgets • Review planned vs. actual cost analysis and variance reports • Approve monthly cost reports, forecasts, and financial dashboards • Lead cost optimization and value engineering initiatives • Ensure proper allocation of manpower, materials, and operational costs 3. Planning, Scheduling & Progress Monitoring • Supervise development and monitoring of master project schedules • Ensure alignment between procurement, production, logistics, and construction schedules • Track project progress and identify schedule delays or risks • Lead recovery planning and mitigation strategies for critical activities • Monitor productivity trends and operational performance 4. Forecasting & Reporting • Lead preparation of Estimate at Completion (EAC), Estimate to Complete (ETC), cash flow forecasts, and performance reports • Present executive-level reports and KPIs to management • Analyze trends affecting cost, schedule, productivity, and project performance • Develop dashboards and reporting tools for management visibility 5. Risk & Change Management • Identify commercial, operational, and financial risks impacting projects • Lead risk assessment and mitigation planning • Monitor variation orders (VOs), claims, and change requests • Ensure proper documentation and tracking of approvals, disputes, and pending variations • Evaluate financial and schedule impact of scope changes 6.
