Requirements
Bachelor's in Industrial/Mechanical/Manufacturing/Chemical Engineering, Supply Chain or related (Master's/MBA a plus). 10–15+ years in manufacturing operations/systems/ops excellence, with transformation leadership in FMCG or process manufacturing. At least one full ERP-enabled implementation from design to stabilization. Working knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, Oracle EBS/Fusion, Dynamics, Infor, IFS or JDE; MES/APS/EAM integration. Lean Six Sigma, PMP or TPM/WCM certification a plus. Food & beverage, consumer goods, pharma or regulated process industry experience preferred.

About the role Lead enterprise-wide manufacturing transformation across production planning/scheduling, shop-floor execution, asset management, manufacturing costing and quality integration for all plants.
