The Inclusion Teacher will support students of determination (SEND) and gifted students, ensuring they receive tailored interventions that enable them to access and progress within the British curriculum in line with the GEMS School of Research and Innovation’s vision for inclusive, research-driven, and future-focused education. This role involves implementing Individualized Education Plans (IEPs), differentiated strategies, and in-class or pull-out interventions to meet diverse learning needs. With access to specialist resources, assistive technology, and industry partnerships, the Inclusion Teacher will work closely with classroom teachers, counsellors, and the leadership team to foster an inclusive learning environment. The role can involve support with staff training and collaboration with external specialists. Additionally, they will liaise with parents and external experts to provide holistic support, ensuring equitable and meaningful educational experiences for all students.
