The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with the Zoho suite, particularly Zoho CRM and Zoho Creator, combined with practical expertise in RPA, APIs, workflow automation, and business process analysis. The role will focus primarily on transforming manual business processes into efficient, integrated digital workflows, with general IT support provided as a secondary responsibility.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESBusiness Systems Implementation & App DevelopmentBuild and customize applications in Zoho Creator based on business workflows and requirements.Configure and manage Zoho CRM, including modules, layouts, automation rules, and reports.Configure and manage Zoho People for onboarding, leave, attendance, and employee records.Implement Zoho Marketing solutions, including Campaigns and Marketing Automation.Configure Zoho Desk and client portals for support requests, updates, and client communication.End-to-End Process AutomationDesign and build end-to-end workflows connecting client portals, Zoho applications, and external platforms.Integrate systems using APIs, Zoho Flow, and Deluge scripting.Use RPA tools such as UiPath, Power Automate, or similar to automate processes on external and government portals without APIs.Identify and automate manual processes to improve efficiency across departments.Business Process AnalysisAnalyze business processes and identify opportunities for automation and improvement.Convert manual or inconsistent processes into structured digital workflows.Document system configurations, workflows, and processes for internal reference.Rollout, Migration & TrainingMigrate existing data from current tools and spreadsheets into new systems.Support system rollout, user training, and adoption.Maintain and enhance systems as business requirements evolve.General IT SupportProvide general IT troubleshooting and technical support to staff as a secondary responsibility.REQUIREMENTSEducation / QualificationBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.Zoho, RPA, automation, scripting, or IT-related certifications are an advantage.Certifications such as Zoho CRM, Creator, People, or Flow are preferred.RPA certifications such as UiPath or equivalent are an advantage.CompTIA A+, Network+, ITIL Foundation, or similar certifications are a plus.ExperienceMinimum 5 years of experience in business applications, systems implementation, or process automation.Strong hands-on experience with the Zoho suite, particularly Zoho CRM and Zoho Creator.Practical experience with RPA tools such as UiPath, Power Automate, or similar, including web and government portal automation.Experience integrating applications using APIs, Zoho Flow, Deluge scripting, or similar technologies.Proven experience designing and building automated workflows from scratch.Experience with data migration, system rollout, and user training.Strong business process analysis skills with the ability to identify and automate manual processes.General IT troubleshooting experience for everyday technical issues.Skills & AttributesFluent in Arabic and English.Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure accuracy across configurations, integrations, and automated processes.Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities while meeting deadlines.Strong communication and collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.Comfortable leveraging AI tools for improving productivity, research, development, troubleshooting, and automation workflows while maintaining data confidentiality and security.
