Requirements
Bachelor's degree in communication/computer engineering or Information Technology. Maximum 2 years of relevant experience. Good analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Good attention to detail, testing, and documentation. Strong understanding of complete SDLC, UML, object-oriented design, usage of Design Patterns, standards & guidelines while using TIBCO BW/EMS & expertise on usage of Protocols like SOAP, REST, JMS, HTTP/S, SMTP, FTP, TCP. Working expertise using Web Services (SOAP & REST), XPATH, XML, SQL, JAVA, Unix Scripting. - Tibco Active-Matrix Business Works, Tibco Active-matrix Adapters (ADB, File), Message oriented Middle ware: Tibco Enterprise Message server, Tibco Rendezvous.
Description
Job Specific Responsibilities: 1. Handle tickets and requests of all systems 2. Monitor and control project progress, objectives, and costs against the established schedule and budget. 3. Develop applications, Maintenance and Support using TIBCO Product suite. 4. Design complex patterns / solutions (in TIBCO context), backend systems. 5. Identify problems and deficiencies, ensuring necessary corrective measures are implemented. 6. Develop, implement, maintain policies, procedures, and associated training plans according to ITIL best practices. 7. Monitor and follows up service level agreements with business units. 8. Monitor and measures team goals for service, quality, and efficiency that align with the district's vision, mission, and values. 9. Design and implements short- and long-term technical plans to ensure application capacity meets existing and future requirements including disaster recovery and security requirements. 10. Manage operational costs; conduct near- and long-term financial forecasts. 11. Conduct research and make recommendations on products, services, protocols, and standards in support of all infrastructure procurement and development efforts.
