Requirements
Requires a recognized Technical Certificate in repairing PCs, Workstations and peripherals, with Microsoft Certified Systems Engineering (MCSE) in current Windows. Must be well-versed in Microsoft Windows & Microsoft Office; knowledge of a service-desk application such as ServiceNow; and able to resolve AV issues. Experience needed is 12–15 years in repair and maintenance of PCs, workstations and peripherals, with a minimum of 10 years similar experience in a large organization (more than 5K employees). Strong technical skills, knowledge of Windows & macOS, and a University Degree in Computers are essential. Must be able to work with or without supervision. Familiarity with applications like ServiceNow, SAP, Citrix, McAfee, Microsoft Azure, Cisco Jabber, Enterprise Vault, Resource Finder, SCCM / Intune, and Microsoft Teams is required.
