As a Digital Workplace Engineer, you'll play a key role in engineering the employee experience through automation, AI-powered support, identity lifecycle management, and modern workplace technologies. You'll help deliver a seamless, AI-enabled environment where employees are productive from day one through automation, self-service, and intelligent tooling. Responsibilities• Build and maintain automated joiner, mover, and leaver processes using Microsoft Entra, Graph API, and identity lifecycle workflows. • Develop and enhance AI-powered service desk workflows, automating employee requests and support processes. • Manage zero-touch device provisioning, application deployment, and workplace automation using Intune and Autopilot. • Administer Microsoft 365 and corporate SaaS platforms using configuration-as-code principles and automation. • Deploy and support AI productivity tools, including workplace AI assistants and employee enablement initiatives. • Develop self-healing automation, telemetry, and monitoring solutions that improve employee experience and reduce manual intervention.
