Requirements
Requires a Recognized Technical Certificate in repairing PCs, Workstations and peripherals, with Microsoft Certified Systems Engineering (MCSE) in current Windows. Must be well-versed in Microsoft Windows & Microsoft Office; knowledge of a service-desk application such as ServiceNow; resolution of AV issues. Must have 12–15 years in repair and maintenance of PCs, workstations and peripherals, with a minimum of 10 years similar experience in a large organization (more than 5K employees). Strong technical skills, knowledge of Windows & macOS, University Degree in Computers, excellent communication, and ability to work with or without supervision are also required.
