Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced Payroll & Personnel Specialist to join our HR team in a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in payroll processing, personnel administration, social insurance, labor office procedures, and employee relations, with strong Excel and HRIS skills.Key Responsibilities:Prepare and process monthly payroll accurately and on time.Maintain personnel records and ensure all employee files are complete and up to date.Manage attendance, leave, overtime, and disciplinary records.Handle all social insurance procedures, registrations, amendments, and terminations.Coordinate with the Labor Office and ensure compliance with Egyptian labor laws and regulations.Prepare HR reports and payroll-related analysis.Maintain and update HRIS and employee databases.Respond to employees' inquiries regarding payroll, attendance, benefits, and personnel matters.Support HR policies and ensure compliance with company procedures.Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth HR operations.Build positive relationships with employees and effectively resolve workplace issues.
