For one of our clients, we are looking for an experienced Oracle EBS R12.2 HRMS Techno-Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle Payroll, Approval Management Engine (AME), Fast Formulas, and UAE payroll compliance.Key ResponsibilitiesConfigure, implement, and support Oracle EBS R12.2 HRMS modules, including: Core HR; Oracle Payroll; Self-Service Human Resources (SSHR); Approval Management Engine (AME)Gather business requirements and translate them into effective Oracle HRMS functional configurations.Configure UAE payroll elements, including basic salary, allowances, gratuity, leave encashment, and end-of-service benefits.Develop and maintain Fast Formulas for payroll calculations, validations, accruals, retro pay, and statutory requirements.Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws, gratuity regulations, WPS requirements, and statutory reporting.Manage payslip customization, payroll costing, retroactive pay processing, payroll reconciliation, and payroll validation.Generate and maintain UAE-specific payroll reports, including: WPS/SIF bank transfer files; Gratuity reports; Leave liability reports; Salary certificates; Payroll reconciliation reportsConfigure and maintain AME approval workflows for HR and payroll transactions.Define approval hierarchies, rules, conditions, and notification setups for personnel actions, leave requests, and payroll approvals.Ensure effective integration between AME, SSHR, Core HR, and Payroll modules.Develop SQL and PL/SQL scripts for custom reports, validations, data analysis, and troubleshooting.Customize Oracle BI Publisher/XML Publisher reports, including payslips and payroll-related reports.Support HRMS data migration, interfaces, APIs, and integrations with third-party applications.Troubleshoot Oracle concurrent programs, payroll processing errors, interfaces, and system issues.Participate in system patching, cloning, upgrades, UAT, and go-live activities.Provide training and support to HR, Payroll, IT, and business users.Prepare and maintain user manuals, standard operating procedures, configuration documents, and technical documentation.RequirementsBachelor's degree in HR, Information Technology, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.Minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle EBS HRMS techno-functional roles.Strong hands-on experience with Oracle EBS R12.2 HRMS, particularly: Core HR; Payroll; SSHR; AMEProven experience in UAE payroll processing and statutory compliance.Strong knowledge of UAE payroll requirements, including: Gratuity and end-of-service benefits; Leave salary and leave encashment; WPS/SIF processing; Payroll costing and reconciliation; Statutory reportingStrong expertise in Oracle Fast Formulas and payroll configuration.Experience configuring AME workflows, approval rules, hierarchies, and notifications.Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle APIs, interfaces, and integration development.Experience with Oracle BI Publisher/XML Publisher report development.Knowledge of Oracle HRMS data migration, concurrent programs, patching, cloning, and upgrades.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, particularly in payroll troubleshooting.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Ability to provide end-user training and produce clear functional and technical documentation.Oracle HCM, HRMS, or Payroll certification is preferred.
