The consultant will work closely with clients to analyze HR business processes, gather requirements, and design functional solutions within Oracle E-Business Suite HRMS modules. Day-to-day responsibilities include configuring HRMS modules, supporting end-to-end implementations, performing functional testing, preparing documentation, and delivering user training and support. The role also involves collaborating with technical teams on integrations and customizations, troubleshooting production issues, and ensuring solutions align with best practices and compliance standards. The consultant will participate in continuous improvement initiatives, contribute to project planning, and provide ongoing advisory support to client stakeholders.QualificationsStrong functional expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite HRMS modules (e.g., Core HR, Payroll, Self-Service HR, iRecruitment, Time & Labor).Experience in HR business process analysis, requirements gathering, solution design, and configuration within Oracle HRMS.Skills in functional testing, defect resolution, and user acceptance testing for Oracle E-Business Suite implementations and enhancements.Ability to prepare functional specifications, process documentation, configuration guides, and end-user training materials.Experience collaborating with technical teams on integrations, data migration, and customizations related to Oracle HRMS.Knowledge of HR policies, compliance practices, and statutory requirements relevant to HR and payroll systems.Strong communication, stakeholder management, and remote collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently and in distributed teams.Relevant academic background such as a bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Human Resources, or a related field.Professional experience with consulting environments or IT services organizations; prior experience in digital transformation projects is an advantage.Oracle HRMS or related Oracle certifications and experience with other Oracle enterprise applications are beneficial.
