Requirements
Plan, coordinate, and manage all domestic and international travel arrangements for family members.Book flights, private aviation (when required), hotels, serviced apartments, and ground transportation.Prepare detailed travel itineraries, including schedules, reservations, and important travel information.Coordinate visa applications, travel insurance, and all required travel documentation.Ensure passports, visas, and other travel documents remain valid and up to date.Arrange airport VIP services, meet-and-greet assistance, and chauffeur services.Research and recommend destinations, hotels, restaurants, activities, and entertainment based on the family's preferences.Handle last-minute travel changes, cancellations, and emergency travel requests efficiently.Coordinate with personal assistants, drivers, security personnel, and household staff to ensure smooth travel logistics.Monitor travel budgets and maintain accurate records of bookings and travel-related expenses.Negotiate preferential rates and establish relationships with airlines, hotels, luxury travel agencies, and service providers.Be available outside regular working hours to accommodate urgent travel requirements.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in luxury travel planning, executive travel coordination, or as a Travel Consultant.Previous experience working for VIP clients, UHNW individuals, royal families, or private family offices is highly preferred.Strong knowledge of international travel regulations, visa procedures, and travel documentation.Proficiency in travel booking systems and Microsoft Office applications.Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to work under pressure.Excellent communication skills in English.
