Role PurposeThe Technical Installation, Commissioning & Repair Engineer is responsible for installing, commissioning, and troubleshooting production equipment, ensuring machines are correctly integrated — mechanically, electrically, and via software/control systems — and maintained at optimal uptime.Key ResponsibilitiesInstall and commission new production equipment, covering mechanical, electrical, and controls/software integration.Perform diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical and electronic systems, including PLCs, HMIs, sensors, drives, and wiring.Configure, update, and troubleshoot equipment software/firmware and control parameters.Coordinate with Facilities and suppliers during equipment qualification (IQ/OQ/PQ), where applicable.Read and interpret electrical schematics, P&IDs, and technical manuals.Maintain accurate documentation of installations, repairs, and calibration records.Support root cause analysis for equipment downtime and recommend corrective actions.
