Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or any relevant field Experience in Testing & Commissioning, preferably in railway, metro, transportation, or industrial projects.Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial position is preferred.Good knowledge of railway/train systems and commissioning procedures is an advantage.Strong leadership and team-management skills.Excellent planning and coordination skills.Good troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.Ability to manage multiple activities and priorities simultaneously.Good communication skills in English.Ability to work on-site and according to project requirements, including shift work when necessary.Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word.Ability to prepare professional reports and communicate effectively with both technical teams and management.
Description
Manage and supervise the local Testing & Commissioning (T&C) team.Plan and coordinate daily T&C activities according to the project schedule.Assign tasks and responsibilities to technicians and engineers.Dealing with the suppliers (Defected products, spare parts, quality issue, etc.…)Coordinate with the Project Manager, Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, and other departments.Coordinate T&C activities with the client and subcontractors (coordinating witness test schedule, schedule the final inspection, etc.…)Monitor the progress of testing and commissioning activities and ensure deadlines are met. Review and follow up on test procedures, checklists, and test results. Ensure technical issues and faults are properly investigated and resolved.Coordinate troubleshooting, corrective actions, and re-testing when required.Monitor manpower, tools, equipment, and materials required for T&C activities. Prepare and review daily/weekly progress reports and technical documentation.Ensure that all activities comply with safety requirements, technical standards, and project procedures. Identify potential delays or technical problems and take appropriate corrective action.Lead coordination meetings and provide regular updates to management.
