This position balances strategic insight with hands-on execution, managing complex employee matters, driving initiatives for leadership capabilities on performance and talent, and improving organizational culture to enhance the employee experience.If this sounds exciting to you, then consider joining us as an HR Business Partner, in our KSA central team based out of Riyadh. This role will be based out of one of our Riyadh-based warehouses.Important: This strategic HR partner role is an individual contributor (IC) role that will NOT be managing or leading others.Key job responsibilities Lead country-wide feedback strategies including data reviews, roundtables, and pulse mechanisms Navigate complex situations using sound judgment while balancing employee advocacy, compliance, and business impact Implement recognition programs and champion inclusion and belonging initiatives Serve as trusted advisor to leaders on sensitive people issues and complex decision-making Use data analytics to inform people decisions and identify root causes of organizational issues Support organizational change and transformation initiatives Drive standard work excellence and ensure process consistency across the organization Escalate structural, cultural, or systemic risks that impact the populationA day in the lifeYou would be working directly with the country HR leader for the Amazon Customer Fulfilment business in Saudi Arabia, as well as regional partners in the MEA-TR region.The role is of a generalist's scope and will require zooming in and out of all areas that impact the employee experience, amazon's employer value proposition, and business continuity.About The TeamWe are a passionate group of HR professionals from various backgrounds, that are obsessed with our internal customers, strive to work backwards both intuitively and by leveraging our input mechanisms.
