Description

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee sales performance across multiple areas, ensuring teams meet/exceed quotas.
  • Recruit, train, and coach sales reps, promoting best practices and professional development.
  • Identify and address underperformance through mentorship, improvement plans, or corrective action.
  • Develop and implement regional sales strategies, including cold-call scripts, promotional campaigns, and client outreach plans.
  • Conduct market research and analysis for regional expansion efforts, identifying key competitors and customer demographics.
  • Set individual and team benchmarks aligned with overall organizational goals, using data to track and adjust tactics.
  • Approve and manage regional sales budgets, travel expenses, and cost-control strategies.
  • Coordinate with operations and logistics to ensure product availability and fulfillment
  • Deliver presentations and sales training to internal teams or external stakeholders as needed.
  • Use forecasting and sales analytics to differentiate between normal variances and downward trends.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field required; MBA preferred.

  • Experience conducting market analysis and leading regional expansions.
  • Strong understanding of sales pipeline management and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
