Roles ResponsibilitiesThe role combines Business Analysis and Project Management responsibilities, requiring a strong understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM), particularly SailPoint, along with the ability to manage customer expectations, project scope, timelines, dependencies, risks, and delivery teams. The role is techno-functional and customer-facing, requiring strong IAM/SailPoint knowledge, business analysis capabilities, project management skills, stakeholder management, and the ability to work effectively with both business and technical teams.Location: Riyad, KSAMode of work: Work from the office (Daily)Qualification Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 7-9 years of overall experience in IAM and Min 3 years as a SailPoint business analyst. SailPoint Product or ITIL or equivalent certification preferred.Job Description Identify and analyse applications, business processes, user populations, and access requirements relevant to IAM initiatives. Work with application and business owners to understand application usage, access models, roles, approval processes, and ownership. Define and document IAM use cases, access requirements, JML processes, certification requirements, and business workflows. Coordinate with the IAM Architect and technical teams to translate business needs into actionable implementation activities. Manage project scope, timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and deliverables for SailPoint project. Coordinate across customer stakeholders, application owners, IAM teams, and technical teams to ensure timely delivery. Drive application onboarding activities, including application prioritization, stakeholder coordination, data collection, validation, and readiness tracking. Coordinate UAT, business validation, defect resolution, sign-off, and production readiness. Prepare project status, KPI, RAID, and management reports for customers and leadership. Support SailPoint implementation and IAM transformation initiatives by providing strong functional and business-process knowledge.Required Skills Strong communication, presentation and collaboration skills.
