Handle day-to-day purchasing requirements for signage production and installation.Source and negotiate with suppliers for acrylic, aluminium, stainless steel, ACP, LED modules, power supplies, vinyl, printing media, lamination films, paints, electrical items, hardware and installation materials.Obtain and compare quotations from multiple suppliers before purchase.Check previous purchase price and historical lowest price before recommending purchases.Prepare Purchase Requests, comparison sheets and Purchase Orders as per company approval procedure.Develop new suppliers and maintain an updated supplier database.Coordinate material availability with Design, Production and Projects teams.Receive materials against approved PO/Delivery Note and verify quantity, specification, dimensions and condition.Maintain proper stock records for incoming, outgoing and returned materials.Issue materials to Production and Project/Installation teams against authorized requests.Maintain minimum/reorder stock levels for regularly used materials.Conduct periodic physical stock checks and reconcile differences.Follow up suppliers for pending and urgent deliveries.Maintain proper filing of quotations, POs, delivery notes, invoices and material records.Report shortages, damaged materials, incorrect deliveries and abnormal price increases immediately.
