Responsibilities include managing day-to-day operations of RM, PM & FG Warehouse, establishing proper warehouse layout and material flow, ensuring effective utilization of space, implementing FIFO/FEFO principles, monitoring material consumption, ensuring proper identification and traceability of materials, maintaining high inventory accuracy, establishing cycle counting and stock verification programs, leading physical inventory activities, and managing inbound/outbound logistics operations including planning customer deliveries and preparing dispatch plans.

Job Description :Our client is currently hiring for the position of Warehouse & Logistics Manager. Responsibilities: . Manage day-to-day operations of RM, PM & FG Warehouse. . Establish and maintain proper warehouse layout, storage locations and material flow. . Ensure effective utilization of warehouse space and storage capacity. . Implement proper FIFO / FEFO principles as applicable. . Monitor material consumption against production standards. . Ensure appropriate identification, labelling, segregation and traceability of materials. . Maintain high inventory accuracy across all warehouse locations. . Establish cycle counting and periodic stock verification programs. . Lead monthly/quarterly/yearly physical inventory activities. . Manage inbound and outbound logistics operations. . Plan and coordinate customer deliveries based on order requirements and production availability. . Prepare daily dispatch plans based on customer orders and production availability.
