Requirements
Minimum 5 years of post-specialty certification experience as a Consultant Pediatric Surgeon. Medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) with residency in General Surgery and fellowship in Pediatric Surgery. Board Certification in Pediatric Surgery. Valid DOH Consultant License in Pediatric Surgery or eligibility to obtain it. Ability to evaluate, diagnose, and manage pediatric conditions, perform elective and emergency pediatric surgeries (including minimally invasive and laparoscopic), and provide perioperative care. Experience in NICU/PICU collaboration and mentorship of residents/junior staff. Proficiency with SEHA's EMR and adherence to DOH guidelines.
