Requirements
The Personal Assistant General requires a degree in Hospitality Management, Luxury Management, or Personal Assistance, with a certification in Personal Assistance being a strong advantage. A minimum of 5+ years of experience supporting senior individuals in a royal, UHNW, or private estate environment, preferably with a background in luxury hospitality or private office roles, is essential. Fluency in English and Arabic is mandatory, along with strong organizational, communication, discretion, and flexibility skills, including a driver's license.
