Job SummaryThe BIM Engineer supports project teams in developing, coordinating, and managing Building Information Models to enhance construction efficiency, cost control, and project delivery. The role involves close collaboration with project owners, architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure accurate, coordinated, and high-quality BIM outputs throughout the project lifecycle.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, maintain, and manage BIM models for architectural, structural, and MEP systems using Autodesk Revit.Participate in BIM coordination meetings to review models, resolve clashes, and ensure multidisciplinary design integration.Perform clash detection using BIM tools to identify and resolve conflicts prior to construction.Conduct quality checks on BIM models to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project standards and codes.Assist in implementing BIM workflows, standards, and best practices across project teams.Support and train team members in BIM tools and methodologies as required.Extract quantities from BIM models to support cost estimation, scheduling, and procurement activities.Produce 3D visualizations, renderings, and walkthroughs to support design reviews and client presentations.Integrate BIM models with project management, scheduling, and coordination platforms.Manage BIM data, ensuring proper version control, file organization, and data security.Stay updated on BIM technologies, industry trends, and best practices to support continuous improvement.Support HSE initiatives and comply with company and IMS safety policies.Job Knowledge & SkillsWorking knowledge of AutoCAD , Revit, and Navisworks.Strong coordination, communication, and organizational skills.Ability to collaborate effectively in multidisciplinary teams.Ability to perform BIM Architect/Engineer responsibilities.Experience RequirementsBachelor's Degree in Engineering or Architecture.Professional qualification in Construction ManagementMinimum 5 years total work experience.At least 3 years of relevant BIM experience.
