Algihaz Holding is hiring a BIM Mechanical Engineer with 2 to 3 years of experience to deliver detailed HVAC system designs and BIM modeling across project phases.Key ResponsibilitiesHVAC Design: Conduct cooling/heating load calculations, duct and piping sizing, and system layout in compliance with international standards (ASHRAE, SMACNA).BIM Modeling: Build detailed 3D MEP/HVAC models and produce shop/construction drawings using Autodesk Revit.Clash Coordination: Run multi-disciplinary clash detection and resolve design conflicts using Navisworks Manage.Documentation: Extract quantity take-offs (BOQ), system schedules, and coordinated layouts directly from the BIM model.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.2–3 years of hands-on experience in HVAC design and BIM execution.Advanced proficiency in Revit MEP and Navisworks.Strong grasp of HVAC engineering principles and clash-resolution workflows.
