Requirements

Technical competencies include Supplier Development, Supplier Performance Management, Auditing, Evaluation, Strategic Sourcing, Procurement Processes, Quality Standards & Compliance (ISO standards), Cost Optimization, Value Engineering, Contract Management, Supply Chain Risk Management, and Data Analysis/Reporting. Strong interpersonal skills in Leadership, Team Management, Communication, Influencing, Negotiation, Problem Solving, Analytical Thinking, Stakeholder Management, Collaboration, and Strategic Thinking are essential.

Job Purpose:To lead supplier development initiatives aimed at enhancing supplier capabilities, performance, and compliance with company standards.
