Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).20+ years of experience in supply chain management, including 10+ years in senior leadership roles, preferably within garment, textile, or large-scale manufacturing.Proven expertise in procurement, planning, logistics, inventory management, and international trade.Strong experience with ERP systems, supply chain analytics, and business transformation.Demonstrated ability to lead complex, multi-site supply chain operations.Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.Fluent in English.
Description
Develop and execute the company's supply chain strategy aligned with business objectives.Lead procurement, planning, inventory, warehousing, logistics (Import and Export), custom clearance and distribution functions.Ensure uninterrupted material flow to support production and on-time customer delivery.Optimize inventory, lead times, supplier performance, and supply chain costs.Build strategic partnerships with suppliers, logistics providers, and key stakeholders.Drive digital transformation, process improvement, and supply chain optimization initiatives.Monitor KPIs and implement continuous improvement programs.Lead, coach, and develop high-performing supply chain teams across multiple locations.
