Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, customer focus, strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities, professional appearance, and a positive attitude are essential. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and very good command of English are necessary. The successful candidate will welcome and assist travelers, support the Visa-on-Arrival electronic process, coordinate with airport authorities and internal teams, and ensure exceptional service standards throughout the customer journey.Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome and assist passengers throughout their arrival journey, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free airport experience.Operate the Visa-on-Arrival Electronic Booth and guide passengers through the electronic visa application process.Support passengers through airport arrival procedures while ensuring compliance with airport regulations and security requirements.Coordinate with Immigration, Customs, airport authorities, and other governmental entities to facilitate passenger processing.Create, track, and follow up on technical support tickets related to operational systems and the electronic visa platform.Liaise with the IT team to resolve technical issues affecting passenger services.Deliver an exceptional customer experience while maintaining professionalism, confidentiality, and service quality.Escalate operational issues or customer concerns to the Operations Supervisor when required.Maintain accurate operational records, reports, and documentation.Comply with company policies, airport procedures, assigned shift schedules, and service quality standards.QualificationsBachelor's degree.0–3 years of experience in Customer Service, Hospitality, Aviation, Tourism, Front Office, Guest Relations, or any customer-facing role.
