We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Cost Control Engineer to join our dynamic construction team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring project costs, ensuring budget adherence, and providing accurate cost forecasts to support successful project completion within financial targets.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain cost control systems for construction projects.
- Monitor project budgets and expenditures to identify variances and recommend corrective actions.
- Prepare detailed cost reports and forecasts to guide project management decisions.
